Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

1. Who we are

Fluventra ("Fluventra", "we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data processed through the Fluventra platform. Contact: privacy@fluventra.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect: account data (name, email, login credentials); content you create (goals, missions, tasks, documents you upload); support messages; and usage/technical data (device identifiers, IP address, product interactions).

Payment details are collected and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, not by Fluventra.

3. Why we use it and legal basis

We use your data to: create and manage your account and provide the service (performance of a contract); keep the service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests); improve the product (legitimate interests); provide customer support (contract/legitimate interests); and send service or marketing communications (consent, where required).

4. Who we share it with

We share data with: service providers and subprocessors (hosting, database, analytics, AI processing, support tooling); Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payment processing, tax compliance, and invoicing; professional advisers (legal, accounting); and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Account content is kept while your account is active and removed within a reasonable period after deletion. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption and access controls.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we use safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise these rights by contacting privacy@fluventra.com — we respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and run the service. If we use analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent and you can manage preferences in your browser settings at any time.

9. Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated notice.
