Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Fluventra Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. To request a refund, contact our support team at support@fluventra.com and we'll coordinate the refund with Lemon Squeezy on your behalf, or manage your order from your Lemon Squeezy billing page.

Lemon Squeezy's own refund handling applies to the processing of refunds.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Settings (Manage plan), or through Lemon Squeezy. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, and your missions and documents remain accessible on the Free plan.

New Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. If you're charged in error, contact us and we'll refund it.
