Fluventra ("Fluventra", "we", "us") operates the Fluventra platform — an AI-powered mission planner that turns goals into missions, tasks, and next actions. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and are contracting with Fluventra.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have authority to bind the organization you use Fluventra for.

Fluventra provides goal planning, mission and task management, progress tracking, document storage, and AI-assisted planning features (Fluventra AI). Features available to you depend on your plan (Free or Pro).

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

Paid subscriptions (Pro monthly and Pro yearly, including any free trial) are sold through our online reseller Paddle.com. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringing intellectual property rights; interfering with security or integrity (malware, probing, scraping); reverse engineering; reselling or redistributing the service; or circumventing technical or plan limits.

Fluventra AI generates plans, tasks, and suggestions. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for your prompts, how you use outputs, verifying accuracy, and ensuring you have rights to any content you input.

You must not use AI features to create illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, or malware, or to attempt to bypass model safeguards. We may remove or restrict content, filter outputs, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the goals, missions, and documents you create. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.

Fluventra retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, and branding. These terms do not transfer any of our IP to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may delete your account at any time. When access ends, your missions and documents may be deleted after a reasonable export window.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
